Grappa Cacchione is distilled from the marcs of Cacchione grapes; more precisely it is the product of the distillation of grapes peel obtained after the pressing of the grape to make wine. It is produced in the neighbouring area of Nettuno, and it differentiates from other classic white Grappa for its soft and pleasant taste. It is a young Grappa that kept its own fresh and elegant fragrance over the years. Transparent, elegant, complex and characterized by a clear smell, Grappa di Cacchione surprises with its scents of mature pear, fresh marc, elder and apricot.
