Description
Il Syrah è un vino rosso del Lazio ottenuto dalla vinificazione in purezza delle uve di Syrah (o Shiraz) fermentate a bassa temperatura in modo da esaltare le note fruttate tipiche. Il vino si presenta di colore rosso intenso con bei riflessi violacei. L’aroma è fruttato e complesso, si possono distinguere sentori di frutti di bosco: fragoline, mirtilli e ribes. Al gusto risulta equilibrato ed armonico con una buona struttura e con tannini morbidi e avvolgenti.
